PIECES has a continuous collaboration with other projects of INFN, in particular:

• BIOPHYS (coordinator Michele Caselle), BIOlogical applications of theoretical PHYSics methods, mainly at a molecular level, but also sociophysics, networks, etc.
  
• DYNSYSMATH (coordinator  Roberto Artuso) DYNamical SYStems and non equilibrium states of complex systems: MATHematical methods and physical concepts.
  

We are also collaborating with people from the Institute for Complex Systems of CNR http://www.isc.cnr.it/ and with other researchers from the universities of Florence, Padua, Catania, Bologna, Rende-Cosenza, Lecce (Salento) and Perugia.
